Data processed within the eClintrial platform on behalf of sponsors, CROs and sites is governed by the applicable customer agreements and data processing agreements. We act as a processor for such data.

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest, and retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described.
